Whether or not I’ve had plastic surgery seems to be
EVERYONE’S biggest question in life about me. Therefore, I am going to clear it all up now and tell you
guys!
First off, I think that plastic surgery is a very personal decision,
and it is tacky to ask someone you don’t know about it. However, seeing how I put myself into
the public eye, it comes with the territory, and I should expect it.
I have heard all sorts of crazy rumors about plastic surgery
that I have and have not had. Everything
from ribs removed to liposuction.
I can’t even believe some of the crazy things people think I have done!
I have nothing to hide, nor am I embarrassed of anything I
have ever done in my life, therefore I’m here to dish all of the details first hand! I also do not believe in lying to your
fans (or lying in general). SO
many celebrities out there get all sorts of plastic surgery and claim “they
have never had any” (uh hum Kim K).
I think that sets a poor example for young girls.
Young girls look up to celebrities, and if a celebrity
claims they have never had any plastic surgery when they are sporting a perfect
little nose, or large breasts, it may make young girls feel inferior if they
don’t have those same perfect features.
By all means I am not advocating young girls or anyone to get plastic
surgery (it is a very personal decision that should be made as an adult), but
at the same time they should not be mislead into thinking all celebrities are
born perfect and beautiful. Truth
is, most celebrities (and regular people alike!) have in fact enhanced their
features with plastic surgery to look the way they do today (and I don't think there
is anything wrong with that!).
For me personally, these are the surgeries I have done (and
they are the ONLY surgeries I have done)
1.
Breast Augmentation (more than once, I’ve had
numerous complications)
2.
Rhinoplasty (once)
These are things I am constantly accused of but have NOT had done:
1.
Liposuction
2.
Cheek Implants
3.
Rib removal
4.
Stomach band
5.
Chin Implant
6.
Tear Ducts (something to do with enhancing your
cheeks apparently)
7.
Butt Aumgentation
8.
Lip Implants
I personally have nothing against plastic surgery, nor do I
have a problem with those that are against it. I think it is a very personal decision and to each their
own.
Will I get more plastic surgery in the future? Not anytime
soon. Perhaps when I’m in my
forties I will consider a breast lift, and my fifties a face lift.
The plastic surgery I did get was very young in my adult
life. Like most young girls, I was
insecure with myself, and my appearance. As a woman, I have found that the older I get, the more
comfortable I am in my skin, and the more beautiful I feel. I think many women can relate to that
and feel more confident with age.
I hope this clarifies everything to everyone and answers all
your questions about what plastic surgery I have and have not done. Someone asked the question of “what
plastic surgery I had” on WWHL with Andy Cohen and I responded with breast
augmentation, went on to discuss the ridiculous things I had NOT done on my
body that people accuse me of, and then he thanked me for answering the
question. I don’t want that to be
misleading as I have had rhinoplasty as well.
Now you guys know the truth straight from ME. As I always say, do whatever makes you
happy in life. As long as you are
not hurting anyone, don’t worry about what other people have to say. You do you.
Xoxo,
Lilly Ghalichi

I love how real you are <3
ReplyDeleteNow that is an ironic compliment...
Deleteappreciate the honestly! ...what concealer do you use for contouring??
ReplyDeleteI wanted to know that also ?
DeleteIt is nice that you are honest, I always think about getting breast implants and really liked how you were honest about complications that could happen as a result....
ReplyDeleteYou are gorgeous Lily. Sometimes people just want to pick someone apart to make themselves feel better. Everyone and their mom has had a boob job lol. People think that just because your famous that its something horrible you have done. It isn't. I agree its a personal decision. I made the same decision and got my boobs done over a yr ago. Just keep being yourself :) your beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLily love you for being so honest! i have been watching shahs and have noticed that you handle yourself with such grace and class even in uncomfortable and tense situations. even when you are offended and dealing with belligerents you come up with the most appropriate and articulate response where i wouldn't even know how to respond! i would love it if you did a post on this if you got a chance!
ReplyDeleteLilly Loves! You're gorgeous on the inside and as well on the outside. As I say this to you all the time, but you're the perfect role model regardless of what others say about their opinions on plastic surgery. To each of its own and ignorant people will always voice opinions when it doesn't even make any sense at all! I love you so much!! Stay beautiful<333
ReplyDeleteXoXo,
Laila
I agree it's so personal to ask what all you have had done but I don't think people do it to be malicious. I think you're a very interesting person and people are very interested in you! You're so gorgeous and such a role model but I think some people may not know that they're out of line. Anywho, I absolutely love the show and you make it so fun. It's so amazing that you're so successful in your career and I just wanted to say keep it up!!
ReplyDeleteWow I am officially a fan of yours. I am in my last year of medical school, and as an educated women like yourself. I totally respect what you stand for. America needs a true role model desperately to step into reality TV since reality tv right now has a big influence in our culture and the children of our future. So you Lily are the perfect opportunity for America to see a different way. The way it SHOULD be!
ReplyDeleteI am glad you brought up Kim K because she is a big issue in todays culture of how todays culure SHOULDNT be and what is totally wrong with todays society. I am not a kim K fan because what I stand for and what she stands for arent the same. So i refuse to be her 5.12 million fans that have been lied to about what she did to get famous, and what surgical procedures she supposely didnt do. All for what -to prove to the world she was born that way!?? Not so fast Kim K-I know alot of young girls 14-18 yrs old now wanting to get surgical procedures to look like her/ or have her body, cause she has raised a high bar that could only be reached with surgery, not by GOD, but the hands of surgeon.
I have had plastic surgery myself and I have no shame telling people the truth. Its called respect for yourself when you speak truth and respect for your fans (especially when you live a life of integrity) I really hope you blow up n u blow kim K off the frame. You are beautiful, you have education, integrity, and for what I am hearing in your show, u have morals. Everything a little girl should look up to. Kim K has what u have-and its that persian middle eastern look-so reality check for kim k is she isnt the only brunette exotic princess in the planet. This isnt KIM K's world as she wants it to be and has everyone believing it is because of all of her lies.
N by the way There is NOTHING wrong with being glamourous and having a fashion sense. I find it fun too to be a women and Glam up, but when there is no substance behind the veil and behind the veils is filled with lies and deceit, shallowness, arrogance, and low morale. It makes you want to discriminate your kids to not watch certain shows cause of poor representation of what the true meaning of a perfect women really is. America aint certainly aint going to find it on E! They will have a better shot finding her at Bravo:)
I love lilly and this post just nailed it right on the head! I really hope lilly does blow up! I love what she stands for, she is like the perfect woman. Such style, grace, everything encompassed in one and the way the modern woman should be. God bless you, I can't wait to keep watching Shah's. I hope you get a show of your own! xo
DeleteI think you are so beautiful Lilly! And Im so happy that you wrote this cause younger people dont know or understand. Love that you speak from the heart!
ReplyDeleteThank you Lilly for being so genuine. You have given me new confidence in myself. When I saw how slender you were, I felt great about me! I am 5'4" and weigh 95 pounds. People think I'm aneroxic but I'm not. You just look beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteYou are beautiful and I like how honest you are! Why lie about plastic surgery! Keep up the good work! Hugs from Sweden!
ReplyDeleteThank you for being so honest and real Lilly! I think it is so much better to just tell it like it is rather than saying you have never had anything done, like so many celebrities do...
ReplyDeleteHi Lily! That was way crazy that everyone asked you about plastic surgery on WWHL. That was a bit of a disappointment. I was hoping that people would ask more interesting questions, like how you started your business, how you met and decided to collaborate with Jennifer Stano, what your family thinks of the show. Oh well. Maybe next time. Other than that, you and Coconut looked great!
ReplyDeleteLily, I am planning on feature you on my beauty site. Can you please tell me what are your top five makeup products that you can't live without? Thanks in advance.
ReplyDeleteXOXO,
Alia
Hello Lilly
ReplyDeleteIm a huge fan from Malaysia.Your honesty is amazing.I only discovered that you have a blog few days back and i was reading thru all your posts.your warmth is felt deeply.you are very level headed despite of your spending power. You are great and positive role model.just keep on being true to yourself and your fans will be you all the way.
warmest regards hugs and kisses,
Farrah
Woa I thought for sure you had butt augmentation done (don't mean that in a negative way). Then your figure's great actually. I'm thin like you, but my figure look more like that of a prepubescent boy lol.
ReplyDeleteHI Lily,
ReplyDeleteI think it's your decision you look fantastic people are just jeleous. Anyways I also want to get rhinoplasty, but I've noticed many girls get it more then once because they never find the right doctor. Can you please recommend someone who is great at this? Who did you see.
Thanks so much for being so incredible
Lilly - Thank you for being so real and so you! You are gorgeous and have done everything to perfection.....may i ask, who did your rhinoplasty? Ive been researching for 2 years and am still uncertain as to who is the best for my case. Thanks in advance! Erin
ReplyDeletelove your honesty :* you look fab
ReplyDeletei am stunned to see a reality tv star with so much poise, eloquence, and intelligence. the fact that you write this blog yourself, and can convey that you have a legitimate brain behind a beautiful face is so rare in show biz. thanks for breaking the trend, keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteYour beauty shines from both inside and out. I love your honesty... I only wish you'd also say who did your rhinoplasty. I broke my nose years ago and I want to keep the length but get it even on both sides again. I need surgery for the deviated septum so I think it makes sense to do the nose job at the same time but I get nervous no matter how much I research nose job for Persians. If you got yours in CA I'd love to know <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteThank you for being so real. About everything! How how money isn't unlimited (hence you don't get the entire Loub store), how you've had so many complications and just being yourself. xxoo
ReplyDeleteyou are my hero! please never change. Thank you for representing real women who are proud of themselves, look great and have awesome jobs! thank you for being a REAL representation of living aloud on your own terms! and for representing pioneering forward thinking Persian women in a powerful light! IT'S about time!
ReplyDeletethank you for being real and honest. You inspire me to be proud of who I am and live my life aloud. I'm also of Middle Eastern heritage ( Persian and Arab with some extras) but I REFUSE to be limited by my culture. And I am SO THANKFUL that you are there to represent us. You're truly an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteLove you Lilly and totally appreciate your honesty. So annoying ppl like kim act like they have never had any work done...not fooling anyone! Your beautiful and I love that your educated! So inspiring. Love you and Jennifer...keep shinning girls!
ReplyDeleteHi Lily, to start I love your and think you are such a good example of a woman: educated, classy, gorgeous, and well mannered. You said you wanted to make Persians proud and you are, kheyli ba estedad hasty : ) Also, I am looking into Veneers and am wondering if it was painful? I know it's not really a surgical procedure but some people report pain/discomfort, how did you feel?
ReplyDeleteamen it is no one's business to ask you if they don't know you. thanks for being frank about it though. I know reality shows are heavily edited so I don't know if it's as bad as it looks with MJ but if it is sorry you are being given such a hard time. Women need entreprenurial spirit more than ever in this economy so thanks for being a great example, Bravo does tend to cast their shows with women who take the reins in business and I do believe you have a tremendous amount to share. I am sad for MJ because I liked her but as of late I am finding her attacks on you to be embarrassing for her and she just doesn't get it. I hope she will come around.
ReplyDeleteLilly, first of all I think it is no one's business what someone has or has not done, but I agree with you that one should always be honest. Maybe you should have ignored all their questions, but you showed your integrity by boldly answering like it is no big deal, which it isn't. They just think you are pretty and wonder how and what you did to be so pretty, so they might seek out the same thing.
ReplyDeleteHowever, outside of your beauty you come across as a very nice and good person. I hope you really are that way as you come off on TV. There is way too much drama and petty fighting on TV that filters into the minds of young viewers, but you seem to be above that with a smile on your face.
I, myself, just had submental liposuction and will have rhinoplasty in March. I struggled with those decisions wondering if I was being vain or bad in some way, but I've always been a nice person and I know beauty is just skin deep and fleeting so why not make myself more comfortable on the outside if something bothers me. I believe in balancing outside and inside and treating everyone like a movie star so that maybe one day young girls will be confident in their skin.
Anyway, I have so many friends who have gotten things done and are beautiful people and generous people. I also know ugly people with ugly personalities and gorgeous faces. Even when I get things done, I probably won't advertise it but I'm sure people will rudely ask or point it out. Whether you are a celeb or not, there are always busy bodies but how you handle it with grace and sincerety tells of your strength and character. I look up to people like you: beautiful inside and out, nice, successful and happy.
Erica
Lilly thank you for your honesty!! You are a jewel! Who did your rhinoplasty? its so subtle and doesn't look like youve had any work on your face, so natural! I would like to get one but all of the work from all of the surgeons look so streamlined and fake...i love how your nose still has retained your ethnicity!
ReplyDeleteMad respect for being completely candid about this, and understanding that NOT being open about plastic surgery can give young girls an inaccurate idea of what their bodies should look like naturally. You're fabulous and honest. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI love your honesty , every time I saw you I saw the perfect girl whit a perfect body . Cause you are skiny but you have natural curves . when i watch other celebrity tv super star makes me feel like im nothing because she said everything on her is natural i have no super huge big butty as her and all features that makes her" beautifull ". But now i saw her and i now that butty is obviusly fakeeeeeee also she dosen't have a great body as i was think at first . Thanks for be real .
ReplyDeleteif you hate Kim K so much why do you try to look, dress, act and sound like her?... uhumkimkwanabe
ReplyDeleteIs that you Kim??
DeleteWhere did she say she hated Kim K?? She only said she thinks that celebrities not being honest about plastic surgery sets a bad example. Learn to not only read but UNDERSTAND what you are reading before you jump on someone.
DeleteYou are honestly one of my favorite reality stars in a very long time! The fact that your smart and went to school really sets you a part. Your always nice and never put people down and your honest which is most important. Your a good rolemodel for woman! It pays to be smart and not just beautiful :) We love you !!
ReplyDeleteCosmetic surgery is very popular in women specially in those who are connected with showbiz. Every women wants to look more and more beautiful and cosmetic surgery is the best way for them to change their look.

The author is sharing then plastic surgery that she had. Useful post
ReplyDeleteWell done Lily. You are extremely attractive and people are always going to have opinions whether we like them or not. I particularly like your closing comments as you are right - "Do whatever makes you happy in life" as so many of us seem to forget that we only get one go at it and not all of us are born with the bodies we want.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being so straight forward. I think that's one of your best attributes. You are not afraid of the truth. I like your article about plastic surgery being a personal choice. I totally agree because in the end it's your body and no one elses. Love you, Lilly!
ReplyDeleteLilly, I am a huge fan of yours!!! Thanks for your honesty for addressing plastic surgeries you did or did not undergo. Can you tell us if you had lip fillers? Your lips always look so plump and luscious. If you have not, can you share with us any tips on how to achieve full lips?

ReplyDeleteI appreciate your honesty! I don't see nothing wrong in having one or more cosmetic surgeries, but only if it's not that noticeable!
ReplyDeletePersonally, I've done a Toronto liposuction surgery and a breast enlargement and I don't care of someone's opinion as long as I'm feeling great with my changes!
Lilly, you are amazing!!! I did breast in sohoclinic.ru, very excited.
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed your blog. I agree with many that it's no one's business what you have or haven't done to your body as far as plastic surgeries and such. I do admire that you have set the record straight about what you have had done.
ReplyDeleteSad to say but if you leave the your house and into to the 'real world' and look like crap, you're allowing yourself to be 'open' to all the negative feedback. You always look flawless so I know you never have to worry about that. Twisted world, eh?
I'm simply proud of all you've accomplished. I hope you continue to be part of this show...because you're the only reason I tune it. Cheers & Blessings to you, Lilly!!!!
Since I was a teenager I was ashamed by my nose. The bump was mild but I could only see it on pictures. I finally decided to have it fixed with a Nasal Surgery Toronto and now I truly feel happy.

Plastic surgery is the best way to eradicate your flaws and you will look younger than your age.The most important thing is that you should not be asking any lady about her age.best face lift charlotte Facial Plastic Surgery is plastic surgery performed only on the face, head, neck, nose, and eyes. There are plenty of cosmetic surgeons and facial cosmetic surgery clinics are available in charlotte.
ReplyDeleteChoosing a good and qualified surgeon can reduce the number of complication yet any procedure comes with a risk of complication, but the results can really make the difference. I appreciate that you accept them and admit that not everything goes the right way. This is a rare quality, and few understand that the way to a goal isn't always easy.
ReplyDeleteCan you tell me where have you done your surgery? And if you have changed the surgeon after the complications?
I agreed with your review. How really you are. I think that plastic surgery is becoming more and more popular as a way to change features about our face or body. Everyone want to become more and more beauty. It can be a good way to hide scarring, but also enhance or improve persons's figure. Thank you for your experience.

ReplyDeleteI'am 35 years old femail. I am looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon in Cancun. Newly searched the so called Medical Tourism Database (www.medicaltourismdatabase.com) for plastic surgery clinics in Cancun. They give 3 choises. Maybe anybody has some experience and can give any recommendations. Thanks in advance.
ReplyDeleteMy skin isn't as tight as it used to be but I'm 42 and I doubt a plastic surgeon would do a Facelift surgery on me. But how can you tell if your skin is taught or loose?
ReplyDeleteIt's funny to know that even celebrities who got so much money still fall victims of bad plastic surgery. Surely they can afford the best, right?

It is a fact that many celebrities are often accused of having undergone plastic surgery procedures they haven't done. It is great that you have courage and openly talk about it. It needs a lot of guts to say that I would undergo a breast lift or a facelift at some age. Kudos!!
